Shipping & Delivery Policy

Our normal dispatch target is the same or next working day after order confirmation, subject to product availability, successful payment verification, complete order details and operational conditions.

Orders placed on non-working days or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Doorstep delivery is offered free of charge for eligible orders, subject to delivery serviceability and any conditions disclosed to the customer before payment.

Delivery time depends on the delivery location, courier availability, serviceability, public holidays, weather and other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Delivery estimates are indicative unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

Customers should ensure that their name, contact details and delivery address are accurate before confirming an order. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay delivery or cause a failed delivery attempt.

Please contact us promptly by emailing support@depsonshealthcare.com if an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, or if the product appears defective or tampered with.

Include your order details and, where possible, photographs of the parcel and product so that we can investigate.

This reporting process does not limit any rights available under applicable law.

If payment has been received but an order cannot be fulfilled because a product is unavailable, we will inform the customer and arrange a refund.

Our stated refund target is 7–14 working days. The time for the amount to appear in the customer's account may depend on the bank or payment provider and applicable requirements.
